Join George and Matt as they wrap up the last in the series of the Lunch and Learn podcast. The boys reflect on how the Conscious Warrior System has slowly taken shape over the past few years, as a direct result of first hand experience.

Utilizing the metaphor of the Parthenon, George describes how a solid foundation of health is necessary to support the load placed on the modern tactical professional.
