This is a personal life check in for those of you who follow my story!

In this uncomfortably honest check in, I share something really personal that has deeply affected my life over the past 4 months. I talk about my journey from Costa Rica to New York City where I lived for 3 months, and my struggle with mental health and belonging.

This covers a really tough season of my life...and I almost didn't want to release this episode, because in some ways it feels very vague compared to the deep details that that the story entails... but I hope it leaves you feeling a little less alone, and a little more understood - especially if you are moving through something similar.
