Mafia Memoirs is on the road.  We took the 5 1/2 hour drive from Boise over to Redmond, OR to visit with Shane Mayfield of Perfection Plus Auto Detailing.  We recorded this episode on site due to Shane's steel building interfering with internet coverage. 

We discuss inclement weather effects on vehicles, his emphasis on being the most trained and dialed in detailer in his market, interior and exterior ceramic coatings and educating customers.
