We see Batman arrest Bruce Wayne (Bat-Cop?), Metamorpho teams up with Batman, and Plastic Man falls in love! And this is just scratching the surface. These three heroes have their work cut out for them, as a devious villain (a returning villain) threatens to take them all out!
