“Contrasting seasons of life are meant to serve us and point us in the direction of our dreams.” — Tiffany Neuman
Five years ago is when I realized my life’s purpose. At least what my life’s purpose was for the next season of my life.
In this series, we’re talking all about Connection and Community.
In order to connect with others and build community, we have to be open and willing to share parts of ourselves. Today, I’m sharing a personal story. In many ways, it is my entrepreneurial origin story.
I didn’t know that at the age of 37 that I would be staring down the end of my life in a hospital bed by myself. This experience happened to me five years ago. It was terrifying and gave me so much clarity on my future all at the same time.
Was it the most uncomfortable and scary time of my life? Yes, it was.
But would I trade it for anything else? I wouldn’t and I want to tell you why sometimes the darkest periods of our can be the most impactful on our life’s journey.
In this 10-minute episode, I’m opening up with you to share:
I hope that this episode will help you understand a little bit more about who I am as a person and how that impacts my business and the work I do with my clients. I also hope that you take some time to reflect on the challenging times in your life to connect the dots to see where they led you.

“Your intuition is your biggest asset.” — Tiffany Neuman
If you’re on this page and reading this message, take it as a sign and keep reading.
Traditionally, we consider a good decision to be one that is made from careful consideration of data and facts that have been thoughtfully collected and analyzed over a period of time. Right?
While, of course, data and factual information should always be consulted when making decisions, these are not the only tools available to us when it comes to making choices about our personal and professional lives.
In fact, there’s a powerful tool that can be found within each and every one of us, especially women. A tool that can be sharpened and honed over time to help you lead you in the direction of success and down the path toward your legacy.
In this episode of The Legacy Lounge, we’re talking all about your intuition and why you should be using it more inside your business. I promise it’s not crazy and has the potential to make a real impact.
Tune in to this snappy 12-minute episode to find out:
Go ahead and let your intuition be your guide—hit play!

“Having the right circle of women around you is the biggest life upgrade you can take right now to thrive.” — Tiffany Neuman
If you ask any entrepreneur why they started their own business? It’s pretty much a guarantee that they mention either “freedom” or “flexibility,” right?
But, as business owners, we also know how easy it can be to lose sight of that initial vision. We let the work pile on, embrace a “hustle mentality,” and can find it easy to take on too much in the name of growth and staying relevant. And then, all of a sudden, your business doesn’t feel like anything close to freedom or flexibility or fun.
We’ve all felt this way at some point in our journey. It’s completely normal. But wouldn’t it feel amazing to experience the fun feelings more frequently than you not-so-fun ones in your business and life!?
If you’re nodding your head with an enthusiastic “yes!” this 15-minute episode of The Legacy Lounge podcast is for you because today, we’re talking all about:
What are you waiting for? Hit play and start taking these four easy steps toward gifting yourself more flexibility and joy in your life and business!

Do you ever feel like you’re not meditating the “right way”? Maybe you feel annoyed or frustrated when your mind inevitably wanders to your to-do list or what you’re making for dinner that night? Maybe you leave the meditation only to realize you didn’t hear a word of the guidance?
All of these feelings during meditation and visualization exercises are completely normal! Even people with a regular meditation practice experience these thoughts and feelings.
But today, I want to let you in on a secret of how to make every meditation valuable and worthy of your time.
Before you even sit down or close your eyes, you have to set an intention for your meditation.
When you focus on an intention instead of an outcome your perspective on why you’re meditating shifts and releases you from any pressure or expectations that you put on yourself.
In today’s quick 5-minute meditation on self compassion, I want you to set the intention to be patient and kind to yourself so that you can:
I hope this guided meditation allows you to warm up to expanding and deepening your commitment to loving yourself and being more compassionate toward yourself. I hope in this meditation you can better understand how to fill your cup so that you can overflow into your loved ones and your business.

You are allowed to be both a masterpiece and a work in progress. — Sophia Bush
Every year in February, we get inundated with messages of love. A lot of these messages are driven by consumerism. Many are driven by cliché couple photos posted all across social media. And sometimes, if you keep your eyes open for them, there are the messages of love and light that can shine through the noise at this time of year.
One of the foundational and well-known principles of being able to share love with anyone else is first being able to love and care for yourself.
That’s why for this series on the Legacy Lounge we are focusing on how you can show yourself and your business some love in ways you may not have imagined!
In order to love yourself (and create a brand that amplifies your self love), you have to first embrace everything that you are and release everything that you are not. You have to understand who you are, who you are not, and who you are becoming. While this is simply stated, it is not always easily accomplished.
Self care and self love is a journey of self discovery that requires patience with yourself and the process—much like creating the foundations of a Legacy BrandTM. I have worked with many amazing, brilliant, and beautiful clients over the years who found this part of the branding journey the most difficult.
In this episode of the podcast, we are exploring some ways to do just that—for yourself and for your business!
I know that you are a busy entrepreneur and business leader and that time for yourself comes at a premium. That’s why this episode is only 15 minutes long but we cover a lot of ground:
So go ahead, take 15, and show yourself some love today by hitting play on this episode. You are worthy of it!
Favorite quotes from this episode:
“Celebrating the things that make you different is what creates unmatched mystery and magnetism.” — Tiffany Neuman
“You need to be vulnerable but not everything needs to be shared.” — TN
“There is nothing more magnetic than a woman who knows her worth.” — TN

“Just when we think we have it all figured out, the Universe presents us with another perspective.” — Tiffany Neuman
Have you ever felt like you’re not living your own life? Maybe you've forgotten what your heart truly wants because of what life demands from you?
Maybe you've compared and competed yourself into someone you don't even recognize anymore. Or maybe you're too busy and overwhelmed to even notice who you've become.
Living outside of yourself can be exhausting. It’s a common experience, especially for women.
In my own personal experience, I worked for decades to get ahead in the corporate world, then became a wife and a mother. Somehow, among all of those ups and downs of life, I forgot about essential pieces of myself.
Then, 4 years ago I started my own business and very slowly but surely began to remember. I’ve been on this journey of remembrance for a while now, and I thought the journey was completed last summer when I allowed myself enough time to slow down and take a sabbatical in the summer.
It’s funny how the Universe will illuminate the next path, when you’re ready for it.
Recently, I was given the opportunity to attend a retreat with a focus on spirituality and business. And in that long weekend, I remembered a few more things about my essence that I’m ready to share with you on this episode of The Legacy Lounge. I hope you’ll spend 15 minutes with me today to chat about:
I hope that this podcast allows you to get to know me and my brand on a bit of a deeper level, and inspires you to begin the journey of remembering your completely unique and beautiful essence too!

If you are not where you want to be, do not quit. Instead, reinvent yourself and change your habits. — Eric Thomas
Are you tired of running on the hamster wheel of authenticity? Do you struggle to understand how sharing about what you ate this morning on Instagram can translate to leads for your business?
Constantly trying to figure out how to be more “real” and what personal experiences you can share online in the name of authenticity can feel exhausting. Why is that?
I’m going out on a limb today to tell you that the way we think about authenticity in business is not all it’s cracked up to be and why it is definitely not the answer to your marketing or sales problems.
Have you considered what authenticity online really means? Yes, there are experts who encourage all entrepreneurs and business owners with an online presence to show up in an authentic way. But what does that really look like? How does one accomplish “authenticity” online?
There’s a lot to unpack around this buzzworthy term and we’re doing it in today’s episode of the Legacy Lounge podcast. This episode packs a punch! In under 20 minutes, we’re diving into all of this and more:
I hope the information I share in this episode frees you from the authenticity trap. I hope it guides you toward a new sense around what your audience actually needs and wants from you (because it is not authenticity)!
