Commuting meditation, have you ever considered meditating during your commute?  Don’t focus on the things that have just happened to you. You will further set up your day by stressing over what the rest of the day may bring.Take a deep breath, yes, a deep breath, your whole life is connected to your breathing. Commuting Meditation Step One: Let It GO:Ok, you had a rough start to your day. Your dog chewed up your shoes; you found a leaky pipe in your home; you and your partner had some not-so-kind words to exchange with each other.

Whatever happened this morning to get you off balance, release it. Holding on to that tension during the commute is just going to add more bad energy to your day. You have plenty of time to deal with the issues later today or even tomorrow.For now, do your best not to sweat the small stuff – simply let it be and center again on your breath.
