By 2025, Relai has grown into one of Europe’s leading Bitcoin companies, serving approximately 140,000 clients who purchased nearly 13,000 BTC in 2024 alone. In December, the company successfully closed a $12 million funding round led by Ego Death Capital, a renowned Bitcoin-focused venture capital firm backed by prominent figures like Jeff Booth and Lyn Alden.

During the episode, Julian provides an in-depth and candid look at his journey, as well as the current state of Relai’s business. He discusses key topics such as valuation, revenues, and the company’s newly launched services: Relai Private, tailored for high-net-worth individuals, and Relai Business, designed to help small and medium enterprises acquire Bitcoin.

Currently operating across several European countries, Relai is poised for further growth. The company is planning a broader European expansion and has applied for a Crypto Asset Service Provider license under the Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation (MiCA).
