Global IPO markets are stabilising, with proceeds rising even as volumes remain flat, pointing to capital concentrating in fewer, larger deals. In Malaysia, close to 60 IPOs in 2025 and over 50 in the pipeline contrast with smaller deal sizes, raising questions about market depth and investor demand.
