We all have highs and lows in life... its part of being human.

Lows can last from a few days to a few years. What do these low points all have in common?

When I had PPA (postpartum anxiety) I was stuck in a cycle of anxiety, fear and guilt. I felt I couldn't get out and was simply trying to survive each day.

Life is all about feelings - our decisions are made on our emotions. Emotion gets you IN motion.

Do you have that desire in life? If not, that's okay it's in you...its there. If you don't have some grand goal or mission in life...listen in and see what you can do.

How often do you think about your future?

You think about what your kids will be when they grow up, but do you take the time to think about what YOU want to be when you grow up?

Our children change so much in a year, but so do you Mama! You are constantly changing along side them.

Where do you want to be 1 year from now? Who are you? What are you doing? What are you feeling?

Quiet is such a funny thing when you're a mom! Things are hectic and loud and all you want is some quiet! Then you get said quiet...but you aren't sure what to do with it. Then you start thinking of all the things you "should" or "could" be doing instead of enjoying this quiet.
