But this is what moms really want. And you don't just want it on Mother's Day. You want each and every day.

This will help moms to feel more connected and that connection is what ultimately helps the healing process.

Carl Rogers was a Psychologist that found through his career and clients that the challenges people felt to be most personal to them; are, in fact, universal to humanity.

Whatever you are feeling, going through , experiencing, it can be extremely difficult; but find comfort in knowing you are not alone. There have been other's that have gone through it before, are going through it now and will go through it after you.

It is through sharing our stories that we can break the shame and guilt cycle associated with holding on to our stories.

We live in the safest world in history, people are living longer than they ever have; yet, many moms and parents suffer from extreme fear, anxiety and mental health issues.

There is a large percentage of moms that suffer from mood disorders during and after birth. The percent of parents that make up those seeking mental health help is astounding and wait until you hear how much it costs the economy and society as a whole.

It is a real issue! And an issue that doesn't get the time and attention parents deserve.

Your action includes one thing you can do to help the mental health of parents around you.
