Kevin O'Leary, the man backing the massive data center development in Box Elder County, continues to make some pretty serious claims about those who are opposed to the center. Most recently, he called out two Utah groups as working for China. One woman he specifically called out by name is Gabi Finlayson, Senior Partner at Elevate Strategies.
