This episode is an excerpt from an interview with Bill that was originally intended to be about pre-fabrication but in light of construction being shutdown in Boston in Cambridge where Gaston Electrical does 90+% of their work it made sense to talk about how they are managing through the shutdown. In this case I took the opportunity to separate the conversation so I could release it in a timely manner but please note that this conversation is much more than a talk about dealing with a shutdown… it is really about how to use any adversity to make yourself or your company better.
