Today, I'll be talking about happiness. What is happiness? How do we achieve long-lasting happiness? Are there different types of happiness? And what are hedonia and eudaimonia? We answer all these questions, and discuss 3 strategies to be happier, or to find a more profound sense of happiness and joy that has nothing to do with immediate, short-term pleasures, and that finds its source in the wellness of the self. I'll talk about how psychological well-being is related to physical well-being, health & fitness, and how these contribute to happiness, purpose and fulfillment, all of them coming from within.

Today, I tell you about the incredible health benefits (mental health AND physical health) of having a grateful outlook, how gratitude can change the way you perceive your whole life, how it makes you happier and how it can help you in your manifesting journey. I give you different strategies and tools so that you can start adding a sprinkle of gratitude on your everyday life, in order to hard-wire your brain to find more things that make you feel grateful. Nothing in your external life needs to change for that, it all comes from your subconscious mind, and the way you train it.

Today we go in on how to let go of negativity and complaining when it's a very ingrained habit for most of us... I give you the ways in which you can spot you're being negative or you're mindlessly venting without a real purpose to fulfill, because, sorry to burst your bubble but no, complaining has been proven to be counterproductive and negative for you even if you think you feel better after a venting session. We'll learn different ways of dealing with what's bothering you, such as reframing it, taking action to solve it, or accepting it and letting it go, because suppressed anger is not our goal here either! Let's learn to deal with it in a more positive, healthy manner both for us and for everybody around us.

We're going all in on the basics of Manifesting: what is Manifesting, and what is not Manifesting? What does the human brain have to do with it? Are quantum physics involved? We take a little bit of the science (neuroscience) behind Manifesting and mix it up with some quantum physics interpretations by some (like Dr. Joe Dispenza) who describe the power we have within us to create the life we want by emulating a higher intelligence (dear skeptic: don't panic, believing in a higher power is not necessary to manifest, but I gotta give you the info so you can choose what to believe; you can manifest just by believing in your brain, and I'm pretty sure you don't doubt the existence of that, right?!)
We also discuss some other crucial aspects like the importance of taking inspired action and believing in yourself.
