The watery March New Moon is carrying a dreamy and almost other- worldy heart based energy around it. It's designed to provide us with a heart activation within ourselves, our partnerships, our outer and inner lives and our community. It's also here to help us connect to and activate our deep, inner wisdom and intuition. The part of us that trusts the Universe, trusts ourselves and our own inner voice and trusts our gut instincts.

It’s here to help us set intentions around where we want to place our intuitive hearts. We may find that thoughts or floating memories may pop up of our past, current or dreams around future partners. This is a process of letting go, they act as reminders but also they're a medium for our seeds of dreams.

Every new moon starts a new lunar cycle. For us, it symbolizes new beginnings, renewal energy, and an opportunity for us to transform anything within our lives. We can harness the powerful energy of a new moon to achieve new levels of manifestation, change & growth. While reflecting and honoring on what we’ve let go of during the last full moon, or even the last year.

Under the dark night of this Water Element New Moon, there is a feeling of introspection, serenity and almost of feeling of healthy detachment or what I call being the Neutral Observer in your own life. It's a very heart based and emotional based energy. We may find moments of feeling a stir of emotions that will come out of nowhere and as quickly as they rushed by like a log on a river, they pass.

Within the guided meditation you will have an opportunity to cultivate your seeds of dreams. Taking time to daydream about what you're wanting to manifest within your intuitive heart for the short or long term. Then placing your seeds of dreams within your heart for the New Moon to activate your thoughts from formless into form here on Earth.

I guide you through all of this by taking you on a journey of grounding and tapping into divine energy. I'll guide you to release energies no longer serving you. In addition to letting go any stress or anxiety, stepping into a calmer more peaceful state of mind. Along the journey, you'll receive a full mind body soul healing and balancing.
