Maritime Resources Corp. is a Canada-based gold and base metals exploration and development company. The Company operates in mineral exploration and development segment. Maritime's Green Bay property hosts the company's Hammerdown gold mine and the Orion gold deposit along with the Lochinvar zinc/silver rich Volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) deposit. The property is located approximately 5 km southwest of the Town of King’s Point and approximately 15 km northwest of the Town of Springdale in Newfoundland & Labrador. The Orion deposit is located approximately 1.5 km southwest of the Hammerdown deposit. The Green Bay Property encompasses four gold deposits include Orion, Muddy Shag, Hammerdown and Rumbullion and all occur in the Hammerdown Deformation Zone (HDZ).
