In this activity, experts in lung cancer review the current recommendations for predictive testing to guide therapeutic decisions for patients with advanced non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), analyze the evidence supporting the use of rational approaches with immunotherapies, including combinations of immune checkpoint inhibitors with chemotherapies and other agents, and discuss the practical considerations for selecting the best therapeutic option for each patient with advanced NSCLC who doesn’t have a targetable mutation or molecular alteration.
