Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to: Recognize the rationale for developing antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) targeting B7-H3 as treatment for extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC); Review the preliminary efficacy and safety data for emerging B7-H3–directed ADCs for the treatment of pretreated ES-SCLC; and Describe key clinical considerations for the future use of B7-H3–directed ADCs in ES-SCLC.
