Mark has written 30 books.  You'd think that would leave him with no time to do anything else, but he's also a cook in what qualifies as his spare time.  To be fair, he had some pretty strong motivation: he was born in 1950, and according to the scrolls, food was pretty bad back then.  In many locations, it was bad until about a week ago.  This cannot stand.  Luckily, it doesn't have to.  Mark started a new podcast called Food with Mark Bittman, on Acast.  It's like avast, but with a c.  Or maybe not.  We forgot to ask him how it was pronounced.
