Side salad - Creamy Slaw Cabbage, typically green with a little red  Mayo  Rice wine vinegar - not too seasoned black pepper, fine dried basil 

Shred cabbage, equal parts of mayo, rice wine vinegar, black pepper and dried basil to taste  Optional-  quick squeeze of lemon juice and sprinkle of salt 

Excellent served with Pulled Pork
