When I talk to small business owners, one of the first things that I hear is they are overwhelmed with social media and other types of online marketing – to the point that they don’t know where to begin so they do nothing.

It’s always good to plan ahead. But when it comes to posting on social media, I think most of us tend to do it on the fly. While that may work for a while, it will start to look haphazard to your audience and may even drive them away.
