This week's guest is Robyn Mckay, an award winning psychologist who is an authority on spiritual intelligence.

Growing up, she was always in tune with her intuitive abilities until her parents divorce, and other contributing factors, shut her down completely: “after that moment there was something that just broke”. This set the tone for the next 10 years of her life which were riddled with anxiety, depression and some symptoms of ADHD. 

A wake up call for her was when a colleague pulled her aside while working and made her realize she was depressed and that it didn't have to be like that. From that moment on, everything unraveled. 

She turned her life around, went back to school to get her PhD, and combined her love of science and her understanding of intuition and the spirit to create a different way of coaching, and help her clients become Spiritually Intelligent Leaders. For Robyn inner work is key “because unless we do this deeper work, this inner work that creates the transformation we are not fully leaning into our highest potential and we’re certainly not making the contributions we were called here to provide….”
