At Le Veau d’Or, she reimagined the martini by incorporating high-proof Old Raj gin, fino sherry-based La Copa Extra Seco vermouth, and orange bitters, served alongside a salty vermouth sidecar featuring dirty ice and Vichy Catalan mineral water highlighting her as a key figure in NYC's cocktail scene.
