In this enlightening episode, David Richards and I explore the possibility of a transformative journey where parents and educators embark on the path of inner work to better support the upcoming generation. We explore the significance of mindfulness and doing the inner work not only for students but also for educators themselves. Join us as we discuss the paradigm shift in education, exploring innovative ways of fostering authentic freedom within the school environment. Discover how these approaches can revolutionize the educational landscape and allow children to thrive as they embrace their true selves.
Key Takeaways:
1. Inner Work for Empowered Guidance: Parents and educators learn the importance of personal growth and self-awareness as they navigate the role of guiding the next generation. By engaging in inner work, they can effectively address their own biases, fears, and limitations, enabling them to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Incorporating mindfulness practices helps educators manage stress, enhance emotional regulation, and improve their interactions with students. Implementing mindfulness in the classroom also fosters a more focused, empathetic, and conducive learning atmosphere.
3.Shifting the Education Paradigm: As parents and educators learn the importance of helping young people to be their true authentic selves, students will not have to be burdened with putting on masks to protect themselves. About Claire:
Claire Cetti is known as the Yell-Less Mom Coach. She helps overwhelmed moms struggling with frustration, anger, and yelling begin to feel more calm, confident, and connected to their kids, even in challenging moments. Claire found herself experiencing frequent conflict, overwhelm, and anger early on in her journey as a mom of 4. However, through years of personal work, Claire changed the parenting patterns that were not serving her or her family; and became the calm, confident mama she knew she could be, that her kids needed her to be, thereby creating the strong, close-knit deeply connected family she has today. This journey is what brought Claire to parent coaching today. What took her 20+ years to accomplish, she now shows other families how to do in a much shorter period of time using what she knows refers to her C.A.R.E.S. Approach to parenting, along with proven Positive Discipline Tools and Techniques. C.A.R.E.S. is an approach that incorporates positive parenting, mindfulness, and awareness, all of which Claire used in her own journey that allowed her to move from being stuck in the chaos, conflict, and power struggles to a place of being IN a relationship with her kiddos and seeking resolutions with them from a place of connection instead. She does this in her 1x1 coaching, Group Coaching, and her Mama’s Tribe Membership.
