She's inspired by sharing what she knows and observing how it improves communication between people and providing a framework to move forward. She explains how conflict happens and people typically run from it. However, she explains that if you can reframe how conflict is defined it becomes an opportunity. Simply reframing it with a neutral or positive definition is key.
