We then look ahead to this weekends 4 exciting Champions cup quarter finals.

⦁ Can Lemar and the Ravens get the 1 seed again?

⦁ How good do we think Cam and the Patriots will be?

⦁ How exciting will the bucs be?

⦁ Will the 49ers have a superbowl hangover?

And much more.

With the first round of the Playoffs completed and the second round well underway I chat with Jonny Byrne about what we have thought so far,

We also go deep on Giannas and what the bucks should do going forward.

We review the two Semi Finals at the weekend which included a frustrating night for Munster and an incredible come back win by Ulster.

We look ahead to the final and we try to convince ourselves that Ulster have a good chance.

We break down the madness that was the Connacht v Munster game and discuss Frank Murphys performance.

We also preview the upcoming Semi-Finals this weekend and why I dont give Munster any chance.

Finally we preview this weekends North vs South game in New Zealand. Both teams are stacked and some of the match ups are invredible.

He chats about his move to Australia to train with ProKick and work towards getting a scholarship.

He also describes the nuances when it comes to Punting that most people would not understand.

I am joined by two very happy chaps as Connacht got a big win over Ulster at the weekend. I provide non biased comments on the game, i cant promise the same for Sam and Westy.

We also review a cracking game between Munster and Leinster and discuss a missed opportunity for the men in red.
