Definitely more of a heavy episode this week, but something that I think is important to normalize and to talk about more. We’re talking about the importance of healing your relationship with food, some steps towards doing that, and how to recognize an unhealthy relationship to begin with.

Reminder, I’m not a doctor. I’m not a nutritionist, or a dietitian, or a therapist. If you are struggling with disordered eating, or a diagnosed eating disorder, please seek professional help from practitioners who are properly educated on this. After thinking on this for a few months, and finding ways in my own life to become a more teachable person, I thought we’d chat about it.
