Negative thoughts, telling you to quit and give in are something that we all deal with when it comes to working out. These thoughts manifest when it comes to being disciplined about diet choices or even making it to the gym as well. How do we deal with them? How do the best on the planet use those negative thoughts to their advantage? I break down when I made the realization that controlling your own self talk could be the ultimate power, and how I have continued to build my own discipline using self talk over the last 8 years.
