I had to shift from the lens through which I was looking and get inside the head of my buyer, to the point where I started to think like them. I was then thinking, “What would my prospect do? What would my prospect say in this instance?” I wanted to feel what they felt. It was the psychology of my buyer. That’s how important it was."
