Be true to yourself. Not even that you are not happy but people to who you help feel that. And people to who you help deserve the best from you because that is how you get a promotion and more money.

Next tip is to be nice; He said that being nice is an importman thing. That way you will get more oportunitis that you otherways wouldn.

Unhealthy things a usually the tastiest. People who design chips and goodies know how much sugar and salt must it have to release pleasure as much as possible. You must know that words create emotions and if you relabel the thing that you know that is not good for you whit something bad you will slowly start to avoid it. When I stop smocking I relabeled it whit cancer sticks and whit repetition I stopped doing that bad behavior. It can change your behavior even whit changing the environment because we usually behave in automatic mode and when we get in an environment that is new to use we will not be in automatic pilot.

We have multiple thoughts in our day. I heard that we have 50 000 to 95 000 thoughts per day. Some of the time we have thoughts that are not helping us and they are tearing us down. It is important to identify those thoughts and question them. You know that the fish was the last animal that discovered the water because it gets so used to it so it doesn't recognize it. You might have some beliefs that are not serving you and you don't even recognize them (like the fish)!

The next tIpe is about how to get in touch whit someone who you would like to become. If someone knows in the world and has a big reputation then if you get his name on your product will boost your seals. Just say to the successful person that you are prepared to not get paid for the product that you made and that this successful person can sell it as its own. Now, why would you do that?. It is hard to get in touch whit a successful person like tony Robbinson or someone similar, but if you can make something interesting that is in their area of expertise (and you save them time and effort) then they will gladly reach back to you. If you have ever tried to connect whit an important person then you know that connecting whit them is hard!

Today I'm going to question a few things that you might believe, but you just didn't notice it and it is just draining your energy and you are being stressed when you could have a little fun. Do you find that the belief is not serving you? Find empowering whys and remember them at least 2 times a day for 20day. That will help you to change that limiting belief.

The next tip comes from my own story. I always like to imitate people that I love but I find out that I have much bigger fun when I'm truly myself and I'm more confident. Be yourself, and don't pretend to be someone else. When I listen to a story the best one is the one that is true from your heart. Believe me, I am a speaker and I know when I get the most people's attention.
