Our ole buddy Matt Daniel (aka Kenny Wayne) joins us for Episode 80 to talk about his new single 'Weatherman', the Texas Music Scene, his experiences and Nashville and more!

Originally from Fort Smith AR, ole Kenny Wayne has been a drifter for nearly his whole life! Matt tells us how he got his start, what prompted the initial leap of faith to move to Nashville, who some his biggest influences were growing up and more! 

Matt shares some stories from his time living in Nashville. How he met some of best friends and co-writers, fell in love with songwriting and what he misses most about Music City.  Some of his favorite moments from Revival and time spent out on the road.

Matt also tells us how life in Texas has been. Working as ranch hand in Seymour and traveling around the weekends playing his songs for whoever will listen in the Lonestar state. He also shares some details on the recording of his first full length project that he plans on releasing soon!
