Matt Holliday joins us for this episode of the Coach Me Up Podcast. Matt, recently retired from a 15 year Major League Baseball career that included 7 all star game appearances, 4 silver slugger awards, the 2007 Batting Title, 3 trips to the World Series (2007,2011,2013) and the 2011 World Series Title with the St. Louis Cardinals. 

On this episode we get coached up from Matt on the similarities in two of his greatest teammates, Albert Pujols and Aaron Judge. He tells about his transition from player to coach, as he is now the hitting coach at Oklahoma State University, where his brother Josh is the head coach. Also, he shares some valuable nuggets of wisdom on how discipled his oldest son Jackson who was recently drafted #1 overall in the MLB draft by the Baltimore Orioles.
