On this episode of Neon Galactic, science educator David Stuss and I interview analyst and deep thinker Matthew Pines on UAPs, Jacob Barber, the politics of disclosure, the equities of ontological change, and how the evolving power structures of American society are now shifting in strange, powerful new ways.

Matthew is currently the executive director of the BTC Policy, among other roles, and has become an important voice in the UAP/NHI conversation. 

Our chat starts with the current moment in the UAP issue, and Matt’s recent engagement with Barber’s Skywatcher group. 

From there, we explore how various factions of government and the private sector are preparing themselves for a new economic geography that may arise post-disclosure, and how society can help ensure that these new discoveries don’t further exacerbate existing inequities.

We dive deep into the philosophical and scientific framework that Matt uses in his own ontological musings, and consider how those ideas can accommodate the various phenomena reported around UAP encounters and psi phenomenon. Matt outlines the Stephen Wolfram model that underpins his thinking and how Jonathon Gorard’s work has led to some further startling but important conclusions. 

We briefly discuss his novel, “Expectation Value,” and how the rise of artificial intelligence and UAPs represent similar challenges.
