People Full of ‘Hot Air’…How to deal with them? How do we work out truth from opinion and “BS”?

Tough Times…Do you have an option to be weak? If you are a Parent, Teacher, Leader, or Coach, and people are relying on you to be mentally tough, are you as physically fit and mentally strong as you need to be? They are a choice- are you choosing to be fit and strong or weak and struggling?

Fashion Follower OR do you have your own style? Do we want our little girls to grow up to be influenced by social media influencers and victims of fashion? Followers or Leaders? Critical, logical, free thinkers, or crowd followers? As women are we LIVING the example of strong and powerful, or weak and easily influenced?

Are you logical and wise, or are you easily influenced by the influencers?

Do you think for yourself, study and analyse what “THEY” say or just believe because you have heard it so many times? Do we want our kids to grow up believing all they hear, read, see on social media OR do we want them to think for themselves?

Change…Do you hate it, handle it, or LOOOOVE it? Life throws change at us every day – what happens if we can’t handle change versus we thrive on becoming stronger and better because of change?

Happy… Can we be happy WITHOUT having more stuff, without a holiday and even if we have horrible people in our life?

If YES- HOW and WHY?

Patience…Do you need more? Why is patience such a valuable character trait, why do people get paid more if they have it, and why is it such an important trait for leaders, coaches, parents?

You know better but you still do stupid stuff?? Why and How does that happen? Do we get influenced by other people? Do we want people to like or accept us? Why would we do stuff that hurts us or affects us negatively just to fit in with the crowd?

Achieve or fail – when do you check in with yourself? Daily, weekly, monthly? How do we know we are achieving or failing, growing or rotting, if we do not check in with ourselves?
