oh boy was I wrong …
I am a stubborn person in general, so unlearning things I believed were the best (and only) way to see results and implement new things was HARD for me.
But if you're doing the same things and it keeps yielding the same result, something's gotta change.
For YEARS my lower body growth pissed me off.
It was so stagnant and after a while I just determined my genetics hate me.
My back and shoulders got jacked just by looking at them but seeing any lines in my legs or growth in my glutes was impossible.
So it must be genetics.
No girl you just need to train differently for your body but your ego won't allow yourself to admit that 🫠
