Welcome to the May New Moon Guided Meditation 🌚

I'm Crystal Heinemann and I'll be your meditation host. I’m grateful to meditate & restore with you under the May New Moon.

Within this meditation, I’ll guide you to ground and let go. While focusing on restoring & recharging under the New Moon. Next, I’ll guide you on a journey of remembrance of when your soul felt free and wild, not bound by conformity!

Every new moon, we start a new lunar cycle, an opportunity for fresh new energies and beginnings. In addition, this May New Moon is preparing us for the extra energy we'll need for eclipse season. Nudging us to relax, restore, recharge our batteries as we’re slowly starting to feel the transformative quantum leaps that eclipses offer us. We’ll need the energy to make these leaps for our next full moon lunar eclipse at the end of the month.

Under the dark night of this Earth Element New Moon, it’s designed to help us keep grounded during this lunar cycle and root us into our bodies and to help us restore, recharge and receive.

Within the guided meditation you will have an opportunity to share your desires with the moon herself. Taking time to have an inner dialogue with the moon about what your deepest wants and desires are. Then placing your dreams, wants & desires within the crescent moon and brought to the universe to manifest. With a direct blessing from the celestials to anchor your dreams into your physical reality.

Black Moon Lilith is also highly active with the May New Moon. She is nothing to fear but everything we have forgotten to embrace! She represents the divine feminine aspect within us; no matter what our gender-
She’s the forgotten expression within us that desires to be untethered, unbound and unapologetic. The aspect of us that does not want to conform to society’s belief structures, the part of us that wants to run wild and free!

She is here at this divine time to activate within us- all parts of us that we have tucked away and hidden. From this lifetime and for every other lifetime In which we have lived tethered and bound; conforming to our cultures and society ideals.

I guide you through all of this by taking you on a journey of grounding and tapping into divine energy. I'll guide you to release any energies that aren't you within your physical, emotional and mental bodies. Next, bringing in the earth element to help you release anything additional that you're ready to let go of. Finally, the New Moon & Black Moon Lilith will help you activate your personal power and spiritual freedom so you may run wild and free! This is an easy and gentle guided meditation 🌙🔮🧘‍♀️
