With Conner McDavid signing a two-year, $25 million contract extension, we opine whether Jack Eichel will sign a team-friendly, short term deal.  Eichel's contract expires at the end of this season.  Will Eichel look for a long term contract of 7 or eight years?  Will he sign for a shorter deal due to the escalation of the salary cap?  He is rumored to want AAV to be between $13-14 million.  Also, we talk about the VGK opening day roster.  And, our thoughts on why Bruce Cassidy deserves an extension.
