Dr Josh Williamson is an Exercise Biochemist and Performance Nutritionist who has over 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry.
Josh completed a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science, before going on to complete a Masters in Sports Nutrition which has resulted in him working with athletes at the European, Commonwealth, and Olympic Games across a range of sports including triathlon, mixed martial arts, weightlifting, and CrossFit.
As an academic, Josh completed a PhD in Exercise Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and is a university lecturer across multiple Bachelors and Masters of Science programs within the areas of Sport Science, Medicine, and Nutrition. His research has also been published in peer reviewed scientific journals, academic conferences, and books.
