Are you spiraling in panic right now?  Is it the middle of the night and you need quick relief?  Maybe you are at work and need a quick break for relaxation.  Maybe you are home and struggling with anxiety.  Wherever you are this meditation was made just for you to provide some relief for your panic and anxiety.  

This meditation was inspired by my friend Amanda.  Amanda reached out to me and said "I was up at 3am with anxiety and need a panic attack meditation ASAP."  If you are struggling with anxiety and panic attacks you are not alone.  Join me in this guided meditation for relaxation.  Make sure you are not driving.  Find a place where your body can remain still.  Close your eyes, breathe, and listen to the sound of my voice.  Mantra for today "I WILL REMAIN CALM AND STEADY"
