Creativity is the capacity you have to CREATE your life in all ways - this doesn't just mean artwork, it means anything and everything you do. The creative center of our bodies is where inspiration, ideas, and thoughts meet the ability to manifest and materialize. In this meditation we focus on feeling grounded in the earth element, inspired in the sky/ether elements, and empowered in the fire/air elements.
