Today we had an amazing conversation with my new friend Dolvett Quince. We recently met at a summit (to put it nicely) that both of us attended in which we were tested mentally, psychologically, emotionally and physically. Dolvett has been in the fitness and wellness industry for a long time and he has contributed a great deal to many lives, in positive ways.
