A recent study conducted by researchers from the University of Geneva found that rocking beds could give adults better sleep.

The study found that people need to be rocked gently so that they are not nauseated, which means sleeping in a hammock may not be as optimal as in a bed.

Scientists said the rocking motion resulted in a longer period of slow brainwaves which caused deep sleep, and improved their memory.
