Have you ever tried to help and noticed the rules applied to you by helping? While I don't blame the subreddit, sometimes the rules block the things that can help those in need. This is also something to consider when looking at your own life and your own rules.
If you need help and you're on the brink, please let someone know.

This one is tough because it hits home. I am not perfect, I am not innocent. My life has been hard, my life has been difficult.
Still, I beat myself up every day for poor life choices and I know these things are what keeps me down and beaten. This is why I share this with you today so I can help you overcome those same voices.

While I ranted last episode about finding your past and incorporating it into your current, I can say you can fight your programming and vision of your own self-worth. If you are in my shoes, you've had plenty of people tell you that you aren't worthy of being alive, much less being saved. This is the demon you need to face, the monster you need to fight, the quest you have to conquer. I believe in you!

Do you want depression? Because believing in that lie is how you get depression. I was motivated by someone selling me hope and returning my power to my heart and mind for $1000 or three easy payments of $399 for three months. These people don't care if I am empowered, nor do they care if you are either. It is merely part of the pitch. You can't wish your pain and depression away. You're going to have to work hard at it.

In a word: Yes. My weakness is avarice and it is deadly to me because I am handicapped by the need for knowledge and data. Even though this show is still evolving, it is not without the need to have more knowledge and data. This is what happens when we live by our weaknesses instead of our strengths. I hope this little tidbit will help you understand what you can do with your weaknesses and help turn them into strengths.

It was time to use an old marketing tactic and start working on capturing my praise. So many times we get caught in a loop about how bad it all is that we forget the praise we receive. I am working on this right now and I might even apply it to the personal life. Perhaps it can work for you too.

I've spent most of my days trying to chase happiness, but one book helped me see happiness as something different. The odds are stacked against us, but if we see how the game is played, we have a better chance of being "happy."

This is a little short today due to the fact I had to record this three times. I am grateful for the ability to do so, as well as some of the small things in life. It might do you best to be grateful for the things you might forget about today.
A long night of looking into the abyss and escaping to the bottom of a bottle led me to some clarity, but it wasn't the clarity I expected. I would say my day started with the demon on my back. Instead of running from the demon, it was time to embrace it with some inventive tricks. Hopefully this will help you learn along the way.

This episode touches on why I don't share and why I am so private. Granted, this doesn't change everything, but it changes the important things.
