Penny Hardaway fired three of his assistant coaches and one staff member for the Memphis Tigers, barely two months until the start of the 2024-25 college basketball season. With just two NCAA Tournament appearances in six years, and tons of roster turnover and off the court issues, it's fair to wonder if Hardaway's seat is warming at Memphis.
