Guest and veteran Jon Sanchez joins the Men in the Arena to discuss leadership skills developed during his time in the Navy, the importance of facing and embracing failure, and the challenges of leaving Corporate America to fulfill his purpose and start his own leadership coaching business.

Jon Sanchez is the founder and CEO of Team Performance Institute ("TPI"), a business leadership and coaching firm. Jon currently resides in Cincinnati, OH with his wife and three children. Prior to founding TPI, Jon spent 6 years serving in the Navy operating as a platoon commander for SEAL Team Three, leading multiple exercises and covert operations in the Middle East and Africa. He was chosen as one of five men to represent the U.S. in the Military Olympics, bringing home gold medals in the Navy Pentathlon from Italy and Pakistan.

Christian is a mixed media designed and artist who was born in Colombia and currently resides in Los Angeles. He focuses much of his creative efforts on spreading the word about mental health issues and has collaborated with Stance, Childish Gambino, and Nike. He also has his own apparel brand, Mauvais Garcon, which was started in 2018 to help spread a message of self love and advocate for better care of our environment and each other.

Guest Glenn Sevier, LCSW, joins the Men in the Arena to talk about his personal challenges growing up with stuttering and the bullying that came with it, his career as a Social Worker and Therapist, the concept of trauma, and walk-and-talk therapy, a modality he created to help both students and adults feel more comfortable during therapy.

Glenn is currently a School Social Worker at Niles Township High School and also is the Executive Director at his private therapy practice, AdvancePotential (AdvancePotential.com). He specializes in crisis intervention, anger management, post-traumatic stress, relationship issues, among others.
