In this week's episode, we are joined by Jim O'Day, Executive Director of Integrity Restored, to discuss how real the battle against pornography is in our culture and the reason only evil thrives and benefits from it. We talk about proven methods for overcoming porn additions, and how men need to become aware and communicate more frequently about the dangers.

Jim O’Day is a man that has been fighting the scourge of pornography affecting men, women, and the Church for years. He is the Executive Director of the organization Integrity Restored which is actively educating, training, and providing resources to break free from pornography and heal relationships. Prior to his work at IR he has been a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in development, executive management, sales, marketing, and relationship development. He is married with children and when he is not coaching men and women he might be teaching self-defense as a Jiu Jitsu Instructor.
