The UAE have introduced Multiple Investor Numbers (Multi-NIN) which now enable certain categories of investors to operate more than one investor number. As a result of this, investors are better able to manage their investment portfolios by segregating ownerships between their main NIN and additional NIN with the same or different custodians.
