Joe Maddon coached in baseball for over 4 decades. He was 3x MLB manager of the year. He coached the Tampa Bay Devil Rays in 2006, in 2008 won the American League Pennant. In 2016, coach Maddon managed the Cubs in their first World Series title since 1908.
