In this episode, I had the pleasure of sitting down and talking to Brian Bradley. Brian is the Vice president of Egoscue, a company with a mission to help people live a life that is free of pain. Brian has travelled all over the world, speaking in over 15 countries and has been doing this line of work for over 25 years. Brian now works alongside Tony Robbins, presenting at Tony's events and helping people to align their hips and spine. In this episode, we talk about:
•How Brian got involved in this line of work and why helping people to live pain free is his main purpose in life
•We talk about some of the biggest issues many of us have with our posture and how we can correct it
•Brian also touched on how the fitness industry has it wrong, when it comes to focussing on strengthening the hamstrings and glutes, as he demonstrates how we should be focussing on the psoas muscle instead
•I also asked Brian about postural training for athletes, his life travelling with Tony Robbins and so much more
