Creation, Fall, Rescue and Restoration. This message is about the restoration part. While we are living in this world, we will experience times when we feel like we are in captivity and that God is absent. Looking forward to the day when faith shall be sight and God shall be eternally "there" will give us the vision, the fuel, and the hope to live faithfully on mission in the here and now.

CVCYouth Pastor Joe Valenti brings us into the next to last week of the early 2014 teaching series on the names of God. Joe helps us understand who God is in light of His name Jehovah Ra'ah, or the Lord our Shepherd, as he guides us through a very familiar Psalm 23.

Lead Pastor Chad Allen takes us into the home stretch of the early 2014 teaching series on the names of God. This week he guides us through the story of Israel defeating the Amalekites in Exodus 17:8-16. The name of God that we look more closely at this week is Jehovah Nissi -- God, our Banner.

Pastor of Young Adults Josh Stone leads us into the fourth name of God during this early 2014 teaching series. Adonai means "Lord, LORD, master, or owner." Josh will look at Adonai as our protecting and providing Master and Loving Husband.

Lead Pastor Chad Allen takes us further into the study of the names of God. The most famous name of God, the most significant name of God is Jehovah. It means the self existing One. God has no beginning and no end. He is not just the God of past creation and future judgment but He is the God of now. When we call on God as Jehovah, we call on His self-revealed name not for just our past or our future but for our now, for He is the God that is always present. This week we study God, Yahweh, Jehovah, the self-existing One.
