How would it feel if you intentionally spoiled yourself every day? What if it didn’t cost anything? 

I may have a unique definition for ‘luxury’ but if you’re listening to this podcast, I’m sure you’ll find at least a couple of ideas in this little ol' list of ways to treat yourself in the everyday kinda way ;)

• Listen to a podcast and soak it in
• Journal

• Tidy, clean or declutter 
• Spend some time on your own beauty routine 
• Change your bed sheets

Is 2022 going the way you thought it would? (Me neither! Lol) 

During June, I joined a 5 day challenge from Jay Shetty to “Reset 2022”. I picked up lots of things from these 5 days, and I wanted to share a few of the best with you.

We learned about the Power of:

• Sleep - the quality of your life is heavily influenced by the quality of your sleep. But why?
• Sweat -  some simple ideas to get more activity into your day
• Stillness - come to know yourself better - it’s the secret of true authenticity
• Support - love is a circle. What if we gave love simply to be in the presence of love?

Bit of a personal one today, team! I’ve been having some conversations with friends about the roles our relationships play in our lives, and how I’ve noticed we often expect them to be everything, all at once. 

Consider this:

• Are you putting pressure on certain relationships to be more than they can be, realistically? 
• How would it feel to shift a need you have from one relationship to another? (For example, D&M’s about the role of relationships lol) 

I think it’s something worth pondering… and there’s a sense of freedom and ease in it.

What is gratitude? How do we do it? And why does it matter?! 

Do you have a gratitude practice? I’m playing with some practices and to be honest, they are making a very real difference to how I feel and to my experience of daily life!
